Research has shown that there’s a direct link between excessive social media usage to depression, anxiety, and isolation.
With the average teenager spending 6-9 hours on social media daily, it is no wonder why the level of mental health challenges and suicide amongst this demography has drastically increased.
We know that only the living have the capacity to change the world!
Hence our goal at the School of Health and Well-being is to introduce teenagers to the factors that will enable them to live a more stable, fulfilling, and healthy lives.
